I can't say enough about working with Marjorie. She jumped on a listing we had found that was only on the market for 1 day before it had multiple offers. We were out of town and she went to the house and shot 5 detailed videos of it to send to us. She used her connections to understand more about what price we'd need to offer to get the house and provided expert advice on what to do. We were so happy we got the house and during the escrow process, she continued to go above and beyond working with all of the inspections and even our lender to make sure we closed on time. I would recommend Marjorie in a heartbeat. She is also a joy to work with!
